Making Bread

I love bread. I recently learned of a method of making bread that fits into my busy schedule. That is a feat to be sure. A coworker introduced me to to a book " Artisan Bread in 5 Min a Day." It has been rather fun for me to mix up a batch of dough and be able to just shove it in the fridge and use it when I want some. We have tried the regular bread, rosemary and thyme bread and vermont cheddar bread. So far so good! Next up to try is the sandwich bread, if that works out we won't have to buy bread at the store!!
